Innovation clinics – supporting health innovation across Leicestershire

We are pleased to share the announcement of the newly launched “Leicestershire Innovation Clinics” – aimed to offer expert support to individuals such as students, academics and healthcare professionals, or companies already in, or transitioning into, the Life Sciences, MedTech, and Health Tech sector within Leicestershire.

Delivered in partnership with Medilink Midlands, The Institute for Precision Health, and Charnwood Campus Science Innovation and Technology Park, the programme will comprise of sector-specific workshops to provide innovators with advice on product development, funding advice and regulation, all the way through to engaging with the NHS.

This new programme for Leicestershire innovators will provide clinical insight into the value and delivery of new innovations, through the new Leicestershire Academic Health Partners Health Innovation Hub – a partnership between the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, University of Leicester, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust, LLR Integrated Care Board and Health Innovation East Midlands.

This is a rolling programme of workshops that will be delivered quarterly over the next year. Whilst there will not be places on the workshops for everyone, we aim to offer advice, signposting and expertise to as many as possible through our wide networks of experts across academia, the NHS, and business, so please register your interest.
